RTI On Hold serves our customers in two ways:

1) For customers without an on hold unit connected to their business phone system - we provide the on hold unit and a custom recording for that unit in a complete package priced at $340, plus shipping.

The price above is for an all digital, Compact Flash-based on hold unit, scriptwriting and custom recording. We also offer a USB drive or “Thumb” drive-based on hold unit - which allows us to provide updated on hold recordings to you in the future over the Internet!  These units are $440, plus shipping, which includes the unit, scriptwriting and recording.

2) For customers who already have an on hold unit connected to their phone systems, or for customers with IP-based phone systems we can provide a custom recording featuring your products and services for $100\$120, plus shipping. Some on hold equipment requires the recording to be on a SmartMedia, SD or Compact Flash card.  The card is $20. We can also do Spanish language recordings for a slight additional charge.
